Mrs C’s Autumn Soup

It’s similar to my mom’s ‘Hamburger Soup” we would have at the cottage when my mom was cooking for a large crowd with whatever staples were in the island fridge. Old school delicious. Trail Mix

Driving up to my parents cottage we used to pass the Iroquois Cranberry Growers which sadly is no more. I’d justify cranberry consumption in our house with the natural local thought. Now I look at the sugar content in the bulk option in slight horror, and I’m not clear where they are coming from yet I still default to stocking them for trail mix and granola.
